Disability Sport England Championships

At the Disability Sport England Championships in Sheffield in October Claire Cashmore set a new World Record for the 50m Freestyle in a time of 30.78. Claire went on to win four other National Titles at these Championships for the 100m & 200m Individual Medley, and the 50m and 100m Backstroke. David Hill also won gold’s in all his 5 events and set 2 new personal best times in two. David and Claire will now compete for a place on the Commonwealth Games team on the 3rd /5th December in Swansea.
