• Josh stood in for Jack Cockerton at the last minute and did an excellent job helping the 4x100 relay team make the final.

Laura Sprague: Last year Laura had 1 NQT and this year achieved four NQT’s gaining valuable experience for the 2006/7 season.

Jack Cockerton

• Jack was unfortunately ill just days leading up to the championship and I made the difficult decision to pull him from the nationals.
