Swimmers - You need to have the confidence to extend and reach into your stroke. The head position is essential in getting this drill to work. Whilst extending look directly downward at the bottom of the pool. Although initially the drill is designed to work the stroke underwater - aim to limit the depth that you dive during extension whist practicing the full stroke.
