Tom Brew and Ella Ellis receiving the 4th place trophy at the final round of the Cornwall & West Devon League 2010.
11th June 2010: The final Round of the Cornwall & West Devon League was held at The Dragon Centre, Bodmin on Saturday 5th June, 2010. Six clubs were involved, 4 from Devon (Kelly College, Dinnaton, Kingsbridge and Newton Abbot) and 2 from Cornwall (Truro City and Bodmin). It was a very close competition, with the lead changing hands several times during the event.
Kelly College went into the final round lying in 4th place after the first two rounds, and the swimmers did a great job to hold onto that position. In the final analysis Kelly ended up equal 3rd with Dinnaton on points, but were placed fourth because Dinnaton had 486 gala points compared to Kelly's 479.
