Tom, Ella & Nathan
Plymouth Aquathlon
11 year-old Ella Ellis, 10 year-old Nathan Linden and 9 Year-old Tom Brew from Kelly College Swim Squad collected 2 gold medals and a silver medal between them in last weekends Plymouth Aquathlon (swim/run event). The event was organised in conjunction with the Plymouth Triathlon, which attracted more than 195 competitors from all over the country. First up was Ella competing in the Tri Starts 2 category, which included a 250m swim and a 2km run. Ella led from start to finish in an impressive 12min and 22 seconds. Next from Kelly was Nathan and Tom competing in the Tri stars 1 category. For both boys this was their first ever open water Aquathlon. Both Nathan and Tom had a great race, Nathan finished 2nd in 8min 30sec and Tom 1st in 8min 12seconds.
